How the text program works

Is it required?	No. Text updates are always optional and never required to submit a request or as a condition of tenancy or services.
Message frequency	Varies with your service activity — a maintenance ticket typically generates 2–4 updates; rent reminders are monthly.
Cost	No fee from RentNKC. Message & data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
